At your first session, we watch you body in motion, picking up any weaknesses or problem areas that need to be worked on, each of your electrodes which cover all 8 major muscle groups are set to where it is comfortable for you, all this is then saved on your card. After the session we discuss your results and performance and discuss the plan going forward to help achieve your goals!
